You will learn to accept and release traumas that have previously wreaked havoc on your body and mind. While the memories may persist, they will no longer cause you pain upon recollection.
It is essential to recognize that the body retains trauma in various locations. Therefore, we must focus on releasing these burdens while simultaneously cultivating proper nutrition, healthy sleep habits, meaningful connections, and a strong sense of purpose and passion in life.
