When I first became a coach, I felt like an imposter, a hypocrite, and a fake. I had made outstanding progress in healing my body and I wanted to share it with the world. One problem, I kept hitting a wall in my progress. It wasn't until I did the inner work that I realized just how much influence my mind and soul had on my body. I'm human and imperfect just like you, but filled with compassion and love for listening, learning, and teaching. I had to break myself to breakthrough and completely destroy who I was to become whole, all while remaining true to who I am at my core. I couldn't do it alone, and neither should you. Even if I had only changed one life outside of myself, it would have all been worth it. Instead, it has become so much more. I am eternally grateful for my children who have supported me throughout the years and my clients for trusting my knowledge and coaching.
I believe that health is not just the absence of disease, but a state of complete physical, mental, and energetic well-being. One may not exist without the other, instead, we unintentionally revert back to a comfortable version of ourselves. The cycle will continue until we connect all aspect of our being, finding true alignment, finally breaking free.

I had an endless list of physical, mental, and emotional health issues. I am a survivor of a cycle of abusers dating back from my teenage years to more recently. I've previously had sincere thoughts of taking my own life. I used to turn to alcohol, food, and fitness to name a few addictions. I lived a life of feeling isolated and outcasted. - having a sibling and extended family that does not accept me and both parents deceased. No matter how much I did to improve my health it was like trying to get a three-legged stool to stand on two legs, with an elephant balancing on top. It took years to finally understand that my trauma was preventing my own recovery. One day I may write a book, even as a legacy piece for my children, so they can have hope that no matter what they face in life, they can overcome it.
