The Seven Core Pillars of Health aren't the focus of the session, however, they each play a role throughout the program. Although I have a general framework for each of our sessions, they flow with your rhythm and needs for support. As much as I would love to spend our sessions teaching you everything I know, it is more valuable to meet you where you are and nurturing your goals. Your "why" is why we are here.
Our conversations are be guided by questions to understand yourself better while uncovering and unraveling hidden tension and trauma in the body - stored energy that is trapped in various thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
Unlike therapy, once we get to the root of the disruption, I will request a variety of exercises and experiments to break that energy (or emotion) free or shift a behavior. The key is to step away from the known, the comfort of the past, and make substantial changes. Don't worry, even small changes can create a giant ripple effect in your life.
Throughout my personal growth and transformation, the 7 Core Pillars of Health guided me back to feeling human again. I shifted my paradigm, understanding these are essential for survival and recovery, encouraging balance and support for my (and your) body to thrive.
As your health coach, it is my duty and responsibility to guide and uphold you to becoming the best version of yourself. I will aid you in understanding who you are at your core and redeveloping all the pieces of yourself that no longer serve you. Through education, exploration, and deep meaningful conversations, we will find a delicate balance between coach and friend. I will walk beside you, hand in hand towards the future that you envision.
Evaluating your past and present experiences can be a valuable journey of self-discovery. Reflecting on feelings of dissatisfaction allows you to uncover deeper reasons behind these emotions and identify patterns that impact your well-being.
Approach this evaluation with an open mind, reflecting on significant events that have shaped your life. Consider how past decisions and relationships influence your current state. This analysis may reveal unresolved issues affecting your satisfaction.
In addition to reflecting on the past, focus on current experiences. Identify situations or interactions that trigger dissatisfaction and note recurring themes. Documenting these insights helps you understand external influences and internal beliefs affecting your emotions.
As you evaluate, aim to identify actionable steps to address your dissatisfaction. Whether setting new goals or seeking support, positive actions can improve your happiness.
This ongoing evaluation enhances self-understanding and empowers you to take control of your happiness, paving the way for a more fulfilling life.
Let us envision your body as a house, where we will start by opening windows and closing doors, allowing the release of emotions and experiences that have been deeply buried and often forgotten. These may include past traumas or negative associations with the overconsumption of even healthy foods. Acknowledging these issues may evoke feelings of discomfort; however, this process is essential for genuine healing to occur.
Now that we have opened the door to transformation, it is time to make intentional shifts and establish new habits that align with your goals. We will implement small changes that will lead to significant improvements in your life and health. You will learn to accept and release traumas that have previously wreaked havoc on your body and mind. While the memories may persist, they will no longer cause you pain upon recollection.
It is essential to recognize that the body retains trauma in various locations. Therefore, we must focus on releasing these burdens while simultaneously cultivating proper nutrition, healthy sleep habits, meaningful connections, and a strong sense of purpose and passion in life.
Once we have successfully navigated the initial challenges, we can refine and solidify the changes necessary to support your goals. You will not only experience a renewed sense of lightness, but you will also notice a quicker response from your body and a more positive mindset than ever before.
It is my duty and responsibility to empower you to a point where you no longer require my assistance, equipping you with the tools and confidence to address any future obstacles. Maintaining a happy and healthy life is an ongoing journey, and we will continuously strive for improvement and growth.
When I first embarked on my journey as a coach, I grappled with feelings of impostor syndrome, hypocrisy, and self-doubt. Despite having made significant strides in healing my body, I was eager to share my insights with others. However, I continually encountered obstacles in my own progress. It was only through engaging in inner work that I began to understand the profound influence of my mind and spirit on my physical well-being.
I am human and imperfect, just like everyone else, yet I am driven by a deep compassion for listening, learning, and teaching. My journey required me to deconstruct my former self in order to achieve a sense of wholeness, all while remaining authentic to my core identity. I recognized that this was not a journey I could undertake alone, nor should anyone else attempt to do so in isolation.
Even if I had only impacted one life outside my own, it would have made the journey worthwhile. Fortunately, the experience has been far more rewarding than I could have imagined. I am profoundly grateful for the unwavering support of my children throughout the years, as well as for the trust my clients place in my knowledge and coaching abilities.

I faced many physical, mental, and emotional health struggles due to years of abuse that started in my teenage years. There were times when I seriously thought about ending my life. To cope, I turned to addictions like alcohol, food, and fitness, which made me feel even more alone, especially since my sibling and extended family didn’t accept me, and I had lost both parents.
Even when I tried to improve my well-being, it felt like trying to balance a three-legged stool on just two legs with an elephant on top. It took me a long time to understand that my trauma was a major obstacle to my recovery. One day, I hope to write a book for my children to show them that no matter what challenges they face, they can overcome them.
