Throughout my personal growth and transformation, the 7 Core Pillars of Health guided me back to feeling human again. I shifted my paradigm, understanding these are essential for survival and recovery, encouraging balance and support for my (and your) body to thrive.
The Seven Core Pillars of Health aren't the focus of the session, however, they each play a role throughout the program. Although I have a general framework for each of our sessions, they flow with your rhythm and needs for support. As much as I would love to spend our sessions teaching you everything I know, it is more valuable to meet you where you are and nurturing your goals. Your "why" is why we are here.
Our conversations are be guided by questions to understand yourself better while uncovering and unraveling hidden tension and trauma in the body - stored energy that is trapped in various thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
Unlike therapy, once we get to the root of the disruption, I will request a variety of exercises and experiments to break that energy (or emotion) free or shift a behavior. The key is to step away from the known, the comfort of the past, and make substantial changes. Don't worry, even small changes can create a giant ripple effect in your life.
As your health coach, it is my duty and responsibility to guide and uphold you to becoming the best version of yourself. I will aid you in understanding who you are at your core and redeveloping all the pieces of yourself that no longer serve you. Through education, exploration, and deep meaningful conversations, we will find a delicate balance between coach and friend. I will walk beside you, hand in hand towards the future that you envision.
